Very helpfull teacher. The class is not hard if you show up and study. She is very clear with what she wants done or with what she is teaching, and if you have any questions she is more than willing to help.

She was a terrible teacher and I would not recommend anyone to take from her. All she did was read the slides, didn't explain anything and wasn't open to questions. She was very moody and cussed a significant amount. Do not take from her if you can avoid it, if you ask the wrong questions, she gets …more back at you by grading you poorly.Whole class agre less

She loves history and she was a great teacher. She spends a lot of time helping students with their writing, which I sucked at but got better!

I loved this class. Her lectures and powerpoints were easy to follow. She gave out a detailed study guide and the essays for all tests. History is hard but if you come to class and do the work you can get a good grade. She was very helpful if you had questions.

Her lectures may be a little boring, but her class is easy. she tells you exactly what the test will be like and gives a study guide. She makes you write a research paper, but she gives you helpful advice quickly.

She's not the easiest history professor but she answers email quickly and completely. I never had trouble finding her during office hours and she even came in on an off day to meet with me. I thought she was really nice and I learned a lot.

This class is very difficult for a 100-level class. The maps of Europe and Asia had 75 things we had to label; study guide was given for each exam, but those have ~200 items. "Makers of Rome" quizzes were extremely difficult(75/800 points of your grade). Exams are all identifications, …more short answer and one essay. Interesting lectures, though. less

The hardest class I have ever taken hands down. I came out with an A but I did not sleep for a semester. She is fair but only if you make this class your life.

Definitely the hardest class I have ever taken (Engineering Major). This is not a 100 level course and I doubt her colleagues could pass her tests. Had to drop due to the ridiculous amount of material to memorize. Word to the wise: DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS unless you are a history major...(Wish I had …more read these reviews before registering!) less

This class really wasn't bad at all. She gives you study guides and essay questions to prepare for the test. If you fill these out, it is strictly just memorization. There is a research paper, but she gives enough time to complete it and offers tips after you submit a rough draft. It would be smart …more if you attend her class every day though. less
