Best teacher I've ever had! He is every reasonable and understands if something comes up. He is more concerned about your essay content than grammar.

Probably the most unconventional teacher I've had in a long time but awesome. The first English class I've ever enjoyed. Extremely helpful if you have questions, follows the syllabus fairly closely so if your ever confused about whats coming up take a look at it and ask. We used the food book in …more his class and he was very passionate about it. less

Pretty cool professor personality wise. Fairly easy to make an A if you simply write your essays and turn everything in on time. He is not always the most clear on what he wants but after you keep asking him questions you will eventually figure out what is required for the essay. I liked listening …more to him talk about his view on food issues. less

You just write papers. His lectures aren't important, so you can rest easy and do other things. He's really disorganized but makes up for it by giving the student tons of breaks.

It is very easy to make an A in this class. Just put some effort into writing your paper and everything else will come. Attendance isn't important at all really though the classes are interesting.
