I learned more in one nine weeks in AL 10th grade. And, something strange about her "energy," like she's only pretending to be an English professor.

Ms. Nore is the best English teacher that I have ever had! She really wants you to think and question assumptions that you have. Her class really opens up your world. If you can, you should totally take her class.

Mediocrity at its best. Better than some professors, not as good as others. Impressed with her own ability like most, however.

Nore's class persona and her syllabus are strangely different: She seems willing to teach, but her syllabus specifies that she only checks email during certain times on certain days and reserves the right to ignore you. She also copyrights her syllabus then states that no one may use information …more from her lectures. ?! less

Sandy Nore is definitely the worst teacher I have ever had. I got a 0 on a "Paraphrasing Essay" because it was paraphrased too much.. (WTF) And, not only does she lack a Master's degree, but her Bachelor's isn't even in English!?! Unless you enjoy being completely lost by one's …more stupidy and obtaining a grade no higer than a C, DON'T take her. less

She's very vague when it comes to writing papers, I dropped the class after 2 weeks because she's just ridiculous.

In the beginning all we did was write. Then after a few weeks everyone who didn't drop warmed up and there were more discussions. If you come to class and read the material, you can A's on the in class work which boosts your grade even though you may not do that great on the essays. She always …more helped me out of class...but you have to ASK! less

Loved the class, the work was not to hard, the lessons were fun, we watched a few movies, she gave clear instruction for all assignments, and on top of all that she was willing to schedule a conference with you anytime to discuss anything you weren't sure about. I usually hate English, but this was …more my favorite class this semester. less

I stuck it out for a few weeks and then got so aggravated that I dropped the class. She's as clear as mud. Doesn't really seem to give a damn about teaching.
