CLU has very distinguished professors and staff members dedicated to assisting students succeed. The campus has a wide array of student resources, interfaith chapel and 24/7 security. The professors teach real world concepts that apply to career applications.

The thing here that upsets me is parking. I live on campus and when I get back from work theres no where for me to park. So I park really close to my dorm and I get a citation. They want me to park all the way on the other side of campus in the overflow parking. At night I am definitely not parking over there and walking. IT IS DUMB

The only memory I will take from this school is my degree, my relationship with many professors and my few great connections. Res life and many students are not authentically inclusive and the Sodexo food is horrible. Please consider a school where you are not in a bubble. I look forward to begin again and truly live a life at UW for grad school.

Professionals program hardly meets on campus, you'll be taking classes online, and at other facilities. I wish I was told this when I applied. CLU would not have been my top choice.

Cal Lutheran is a great school. The staff are for the most part phenomenal and Thousand Oaks is a gorgeous and very safe city. The people are very friendly and the weather is phenomenal. The only true negative is the food. Campus is close to lots of landmarks and on-campus housing is very comfortable. Overall I am glad I chose CLU.

CLU is really a 45 minute drive into the heart of LA. The school is very community oriented, and there's always stuff to do, even if it's not a party or a big social event. The food on campus is great, but not many choices. SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO SUCCEED! ALL THE PROFESSORS ARE SUPER HELPFUL! Small school, but it comes with its benefits!

Its a great school I am barely a freshman and I already have so many opportunities for internships and research opportunities. The social life is not the best because its Thousand Oaks and well there's not much to do and everything closes early. The people here are so nice and are willing to help you.

I think college is whatever you make it out to be. You can either show up to class and shut yourself off in your dorm, or you can go out and seek opportunities. I believe CLU is a great institution with many resources to help its students succeed, such as research opportunities and student life programs. Its a school that actually cares about you.

Can't speak for humanities or business, but don't come here for a science or Math degree. You'll probably find that the department(s) are lacking and wish you went to a stronger school. Seriously. CLU's biggest pro is probably that people (staff) are all very nice.

CLU is a nice campus. Nice facilities, classrooms etc. Of course it's not the biggest school. You have the same people in the same classes pretty much. Socially it sucks. It's super dead on the weekends. The campus is dry and quiet. Though it can be peaceful with all the greenery. Academics are great. Professors here are great.
