material is hard to understand but once disscussed in class it starts to come together. Tests get harder and harder as you go and he grades them pretty tough. However grades are fair and based on your knowledge of the subjsect so one really cannot complain.

he is kinda of lame and boring, his tests are easy and his homework is long but easy too, go to class or else he yells, and his office hours help out, so he is cool i guess

Do not take class if; your feelings get hurt easily or you know that someone is going to die soon. He won't let you go to the funeral and still recieve homework credit. Also he grades hard. Once I put “might be true” and it was supposed to be “Must be true” so he took off one point, but …more the test was only worth 10 points so it was one whole grade. less

He is strange, but the class is fairly easy if you go over your notes. Kind of anal though

Uninteresting content and an ability to be too verbose for his own good. Not a teacher who likes helping those who express different views than his own. Abrasive at times, and horribly boring.

Snotty professor who knows what he is talking about but acts like a jerk. Forgets that PHil 190 is an intro to Philosophy not a major class. You read alot and he takes attendance.
