I like the guy, but the class was pretty lame. He himself admitted the material kind of stinks, and it does. Still, he could have taught the class a little better -- it mostly consisted of Q&A rather than lectures. It was an easy A, but I felt I didn't learn much.

This guy is great. If you participate in class, it can be interesting. He has a lot of good stories that pertain to the class. He is easily accessible and is lenient when needed. I spent a lot of time talking to him he is interesting and helpful. He's a pretty decent actor too! Take his class you …more will learn a lot and not just about IT. A+ Quality. less

Great professor, has lots of real world experience to backup the things he teaches. Relies heavily on the questions he creates for each chapter. Test questions are taken directly from the chapter review questions he creates. If you go to class and participate, you'll do well.

Took him spring 2012. Class based on online quizzes, 2 tools, midterm, final, presentation. Seems like a lot but relatively easy. Work means more chances to get points instead of just having a class based on midterm and final. Just study key terms for test. You'll do fine. Doesn't take attendance …more either. less

A nice professor! everything is done on time. very clear on what he wants and what we need to do. exams are not so difficult and he's not tough on grading but whatever grade you get, it won't change! no scaling grades and no extra credit. overall, I do recommend him.

Very difficult to score in the class. Classes are really easy and so is the subject matter but grading is really difficult. For such an course where you can easily get an A or A-, you have to settle with B or B- which is really not worth it. Will strictly advise not to take the class.

Nice guy, pretty easy going. Boring professor though, which isn't good considering the subject is somewhat interesting at best. His lectures don't really add anything beyond what you learn from the book. He has no attendance policy, so over half the class didn't show up most days. There is a group …more presentation, so it you don't like those be warned. less
