If you can avoid taking him then do so. He spends most of the class flirting with the girls and making small talk with the class. I didn't learn too much and everyone in my class was upset with their grade. Don't be fooled by his joking around...he grades really hard and unfairly. No one ever gets …more 100% participation points. less

The class is ok...if you're a guy. Tends to pick on certain girls throughout the whole quarter. Midterm was easy bc he gave you all the questions. Now the final, he didn't prepare you too well. Teaches more on theory than actually applying the mathematical part to what he is teaching. Powerpoint …more lectures. I got a B+ tho. less

He likes to joke around a lot, and he likes to pick on girls too, so if you are a guy most likely not going to give you enough points. Also, he tends to say on thing on how he will grade and he will ended up grading you a totally different way :/

DON'T TAKE MO ZAZIRI. He waste alot of time talking about things unrelated to the subject. One time, he spent over a hour showing the class different currencies. When asked an interesting quesiton, he ignores it or says it not important. He never wrote on the blackboard. He lets his students …more do all the work. Vaziri is a very lazy teacher that less

As a female, I never took any of his joking as flirting...I took it as joking. He did the same with several of the guys in the class, too. He makes it enjoyable for those with any sense of humor and is not incredibly difficult because he can keep you engaged in the lecture. I would take him …more again. less
