The teacher just gives busy work, never actually goes over the powerpoints or teaches anything, and makes the test questions really hard. I studied really hard and still did bad on the quizzes. He never taught me anything and had ius do assignments during class time. Worst teacher I've had in …more college. less

A lot work but it is manageable. The work is easy pretty much you read the chapter and do the assignment online. Very easy assignment gives you a scenario, just like in real life. Group project is a lot work, so pick good people. He does not have deadlines for the Quizzes or Assignment but don't …more wait till last minute. Read, do the quiz n assignment less

410 is easy! You have to go to this website and all of your work will be there. You can do it anytime, just don't fall behind though! 11 sections, loads of modules and quizzes, plus the final is timed. I finished the course one week before final.

Assignment and quiz for every chapter done online. Easy but busy work! I finished all my assignments and quizzes early, this gave me time to focus on the group project and final. The group project is a bit confusing but not too difficult. The final is based on quizzes. He doesn't really give clear …more direction so you have to go at it on your own. less

Dr. Nestler is a great guy who cares a lot about his students. HE is the most disorganized instructor ever. He seems to barely grasp the material, teaches advanced classes like they are overviews. HE's always wiling but almost never able to help. His class is like Blues Clues or the Wiggles. Just …more a bunch of "Fun" exercises and self learning. less

It was an easy class. Tons of busy work. Open book/note quizzes and tests. Not much teaching done as most classes we just showed up to do homework in class or work on the group project. Grading criteria wasn't really clear so that might freak some people out.

Classes are for doing homework and working on group project. Take advantage of the time given. All quizzes and final are online, but cover a lot of material. The group project can be fun, but takes cooperation from the entire team. Be prepared to teach yourself a lot of the material.

Extremely disorganized, does not follow syllabus, and very vague on grading. Still waiting for grades to come out and it's been a week since the quarter is over! Final is a series of exercises designed to fail you. Be prepared to learn on your own, his "lectures" are 15 minutes of motivational …more talks and telling his students how behind they are. less

WHile he is somewhat uncinventional, he teaching methods will end up allowing you to learn a lot. 1 test, the final, which is a culmination of everything taught in the course. If you have been paying attention, you will be fine.

The most disorganized, unprepared, and lazy instructors I have ever had. He changes his syllabus almost every week, adding more and more the project. He's always boasting he's himself and wants to be liked. His lectures tell you what you should know, but he does not teach.
