He is a nice professor, however be ready to work for your grade. His class is discussion based and there is a lot of reading. MAKE SURE TO READ because there will be 10 pop reading quizzes in total. Expect lots of dense reading & then class discussions on the readings. Many of us did not understand the readings well & discussions were awkwardly silent. There are no quizzes or tests but 10 writing assignments due throughout the semester & 1 presentation on your research paper. …more Lectures were boring & many people completed other work during them. less

He's a really chill professor and he does his best to make the material more interesting than it seems. The assignments aren't hard but they take a while to do with the readings. Stay on top of those and you'll be fine.
