Great guy who knows his stuff...if you have never edited before he teaches u how quickly and efficiently, but if u have edited before there is a little waiting around but the projects are kinda interesting and you can be as creative as you want. Overall i would recommend him for the class

D-Kwong is one of the better TV production professors. He's super chill but expects students to act professionally and responsibly. Projects are challenging but not unreasonable. Class is 7 hours but you often get out early. I learned a lot and would recommend Dennis for PROD 250.

I enjoyed this class... but mostly because I got to work with the awesome students in the film school. Kwong is not the greatest professor though; his assignments are unclear, and his feedback is not entirely helpful. You will learn from this class, but mostly from the other students. PAY ATTENTION …more the few times that he actually teaches. less

Love this guy. Best film teacher I've ever had. Super fun class, he's got a nerdy sense of humor, lot of hands-on learning and experimenting. Definitely funnest class I've ever taken, hands down.

Dennis is so easy-going. He'll let you do what you want with your vision, but will be there with helpful advice if you ask for it too. You work with a partner for the entire semester in this class so it's CRUCIAL to pick someone you'll work well with. After that, the class is a breeze. Just try to …more shoot your script early on in the semester. less

Dennis is a nice guy but is pretty useless when it comes to getting valuable feedback on your project. You'll learn more from other students than him. Class overall, is not difficult, just get a good partner from the beginning or you'll be screwed. Also, you don't get much freedom with your single …more film & your script will constantly get changed. less
