Good teacher. He's new so he's seems to be learning the ropes but if you show up with the reading done and listen in class, you shouldn't have a problem getting the grade you want. Some topics are confusing when he explains them, but he always tries to clarify and make sure everybody understands …more it. Helps you out during office hours too. less

His class is easy if you take notes. He tells you exactly what's going to be on the quizzes and the midterm was a piece of cake. Attendance is mandatory, but if you attend class you will get a good grade.

Professor Currie is an overall good teacher. He sometimes is not so clear but just ask him what the key parts are to each thing you learn about. Take notes, pay attention and you will get an A

Quizzes every week, 2 midterms&final. He hands out the questions beforehand so you pretty much can't do bad. Lectures are often discussion based and you are expected to do the reading and hand in reading questions. Sometimes a little confusing but it was a pretty good and interesting class overall. …more Plus he's a good guy who really wants you to pass. less

Though Philosophy is a very tough topic, he makes it very simplistic. He almost always tells you what will be on the quizzes and tests. Makes philosophy interesting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

He talks extremely fast making it tough to take notes. His midterm, paper assignment, and final are pretty easy but if you have anything going on in your life like a death in the family or parents getting divorced as an excuse to miss class, at the end he will grade you off your participation and …more attendance. Better hope nothing happens to you! less

Class usually ends 20 min early. Good teacher. Talks VERY fast. Allows laptops, but you might not be able to catch what he says even if you ask him to repeat. Quizzes weekly on previous week's lecture, but you're told exactly what to study. Basically tells you what's on midterm & final. One 6 page …more paper, 4 topics to choose from. Don't skip class! less
