Professor Owens is awesome!!! He makes philosophy fun and easy. He's also really funny and relatable and that made the class way better. The tests were all take home and opinion based usually. Frequent reading and some reading quizzes but nothing too bad. TAKE HIM!!!

Such a sweet guy, really made class interesting and engaging. Readings aren't too bad, and spark notes usually suffice because the next day is spent entirely talking about what you read, and he doesn't really call on people its mostly volunteers. super easy "pop" quizzes each day AFTER …more discussion. Midterm + final are essays. TAKE HIS CLASS! less
