The teacher was terrible, she would belittle students to a point that some would not show up out of fear. She will spend more time each class telling students how wrong they are than teaching. She had no difference between rude criticism and teaching. Absolutely out of line. I had to prepare to …more be mentally knocked down twice a week. DO NOT TAKE less

impossibly disorganized. will scold students for being late, and then couldn't organize herself enough to start class until half an hour + into class time. made sure everyone knew her tenured status. if you value outcome over process avoid, avoid.

She comes off as nice and understanding in the beginning but as the class progresses, you find that is not the case. Grades you as if you have an art degree and is rude and disrespectful. Doesn't understand mutual respect between professor and student. She is the worst professor and possibly the …more worst teacher I have ever encountered. DO NOT TAKE. less

I have no idea how a professor this bad could be hired and tenured at a respected institution like LMU. Doesn't care about students and is an unclear, unreasonable grader. Cantankerous old lady who should have retired a decade ago! This class ruined my semester and made me loathe anything involving …more art. DO NOT TAKE I promise you you'll regret it! less

This class isn't a piece of cake. You will need to put in a good deal of work. Professor Munoz excepts a lot of you but she does that so that you can create good art pieces. She explains things very clearly in class and gives helpful feedback in order for you to improve. A good professor if you're …more willing to work hard and seek to improve. less

She required a lot but she was able to get the best out of her students. She was very responsive to questions and assisted in resolving design and technical problems. I was surprised I did better because of her encouragement. If I can, I will take another class from her.
