Very polite teacher. Assigns a ton of reading and encourages class participation. Responds quickly to emails. Doesn't allow computers to class. However, posts all powerpoints on blackboard. Pretty good class, just be willing to do all the work. She never gets that upset, but you shouldn't …more miss class. less

A bit strange as a person, but lectures are extremely easy to follow. Class was pretty interesting, except as an 8:00am class I fell asleep sometimes. Would recommed class.

Possibly the most intense introductory class ever. It's basically two semesters in one-advertising and PR. You read an entire adv. textbook in the first half, with fill in the blank, T/F, and open ended questions in pop quizzes. She grades the final paper really easily. Requires a lot of study to …more earn an A. Some extra credit offered. less

One of the easiest classes to take for an introduction to advertising, PR, and marketing. As long as you do the reading she states in the syllabus you should have an A+ in the course. However, because she is so easy, many dumb athletes will be in the class. Thus, making you feel like Einstein, …more however you will only have basic knowledge of the cours less
