Funny little asian teacher, she makes class extremely fun by providing intriguing discussions and a plethora of baked goods that keep a starving college student alive. I recommend taking her! Easy grader and extremely helpful when you need her.

She is energetic and caring. Our class became like a family. Course is not too demanding and the topics covered are very interesting e.g. internalized racism. Do your work and you will succeed and have fun

An amazing class and amazing teacher. There are in and out of the classroom experiences that WILL make you more passionate about environmental justice and want to learn more. You should, without a doubt, take her because she makes learning as fun as possible.

Definitely one of my favorite classes! I love the educational field trips. Especially going to Yoga Works, the aquarium, and taking a hike. The open discussions make this class unique. I learned how religion and the environment should be linked together. Now I feel I can articulate the opinions I …more made to my family and friends. less

Had a blast in this class. From various field trips to Yoga, the Aquarium etc, it was a lot of fun. Be prepared to do work, but it is not that bad at all especially since we get so many GE's covered by this class. My view on the envirornmenthas changed dramatically. Hamada is great and really cares …more for her students! less

There's a good amount of writing/essays but wasn't that bad considering you get credit for eng and lit. easy to do well in if you …more show up to class and do the work. less
