She changes the structure of the class each semester based on what the previous class wants. She is open to feedback. Out class was struggeling to get all the work in. At least she assigns way more work than is actually graded. So you could miss the midterm and still get an A. This structure isn't …more for me. less

Although she does not take attendance, class lecture slides are not available online, so your class notes must be thorough. Class lectures move quickly, she is a great speaker and presenter, but talks very quickly. Class is labor intensive with multiple assignments due weekly, heavy exams, and …more group project. Upside is she's open to feedback. less

Expects you to read the book to know all this information, from all training programs to job analysis and specific I.O vocab. Does not lecture on any of it, and expects you to know it, so if you are not familiar with I.O before going into this class you will struggle. Assigns so much reading and …more work on top of it. less

Very heavy load class. She assigns assignments every single week and assigns so much reading material on top of the lectures which are heavy. Be ready to take lots of notes. She never included class lectures on ilearn and frankly, if you take this class, there is not much time for any other classes …more as it requires so much of the students' time. less

Group project was even more frustrating than the tons of readings and homework assigned every week. Expect your grade to be affected of your group project members don't care about time management or feedback. I will never take this professor again due the fact that she overloads students with work.

Professor Sanchez is one of the most difficult graders. She is so nit picky. She really pays attention to turnitin percentages even if what is highlighted is just common language. I did not have much time to do anything while in this class due to the hefty work load. I would not recommend taking …more this class if you have a hard schedule. less

She was so awful I dropped her class. Disrespectful to students, random grading criteria based on Turnitin similarity percentages, which she clearly does not understand how to interpret. Not smart, not nice. Avoid taking her class if you value a quality education. You certainly will not get that …more from her. less

I took this course as an incoming jr & Professor Sanchez is an amazing professor, I took this course during the summer and it was definitely a lot of work, however she really wants to see students succeed. She responds to emails with detail and has everything organized. Take time to do the work …more and read her feedback on every assignment. less
