Kat is a real gem! promoting positive health is all about self love and kat shows her students the real definition of what that means. she's real, honest, and chill. not a regular lecture class. i had a thursday night class and while it was late, I still loved the class and would take it again

She is extremely passionate about her students and their futures. There are a few self-reflective projects and a huge group project. Extremely tough grader but the class is defenitely worth it. If you don't take this class you'll be missing out on a lot of life lessons and fun classes. PLEASE TAKE!
