Chappell is a current Sgt. at the Watsonville Police Dept. and specializes in gangs. This guys really knows his stuff and is always willing to give ride alongs where he works. He also will set up a prison tour for you to attend. The class isn't too hard but you get what you put into it.

Good teacher! He knows his stuff. Class is mostly about the prison gangs in California and on how they are involved in organize crime. He's very clear straight forward on the topic. Its always power points and the lectures are very interesting. If you have the opportunity to take his class, do it. …more Its unfortunate he doesn't teach more classes. less
