On the first day he told us he has ADD and dyslexia. He wasted a lot of time trying to collect his words and figure out what he wanted to say. The class is really easy; homework assignments w answers in the back and he lets you use notes on the test. Even though he can be confusing at times, he's a …more really good teacher and very passionate about phil less

The professor was probably the best versed and organized I've seen at this school. He made dull information tolerable and for the most part made Philosophy enjoyable. The class was fairly easy with homework that actually relayed back to the examinations.

Not too difficult of a class. His examples don't help you on the exam, but he only has 2 exams the whole semester and one paper. Not very consistant with office hours should you need to go, but overall he is really passonate about philosophy, and I would suggest taking this class.

Hillyer was VERY laid back and relaxed, especially when it came to grading. He made the class stress free and fun. Just put in a little effort into the homework and you'll do fine. 2 tests, 1 paper, and 1 group presentation. Btw, he's really handsome too so that's a plus.
