Appears tough - but really has a good sense of humor. Grading system is original and very non-traditional. Forces you to work hard. Stress-inducing class, but somehow fun!

This woman changed my life. I entered the classroom with no interest in not-for-profits, and now I am planning for a future working in not-for-profits. Take her course, and take every opportunity you can. Grading is super original and sometimes tough, but fun. Best teacher.

Erika is an amazing instructor. Her focus is for us to really understand the material as well as execute assignments in a professional manner. I learned a lot from her class and will be taking another one of her classes in the fall. Her grading technique is different but you really are the one who …more decides your grade. less

Very non-traditional teaching method. Not for everybody. However, a really nice teacher and she does care about you.
