Gets sidetracked often, but fun to have in class. EXTREMELY knowledgeable regarding her subject, definitely passionate about the topic. Sometimes vague in expectations, so assume she is expecting the very best and you'll never go wrong. Read EVERYTHING you're given, because it will be used against …more you. less

You need to read the book. She encourages political discussion. If you don't agree with her views she marks you of for it.

She expects you to memorize the chapters. If you don't use specific examples from the book she will assume that you didn't read. She comes off rude and her opinion is the only thing that matters. Her expectations are unclear. I disliked her and her class. AVOID, Just take my word.

Had to withdraw from the class after the first test since she thought I didn't read the book. Yet I was one of the few to participate during her class answering all her questions. Be prepared to have many political debates since her full time job is a democrat lobbyist for the state. She tends …more to think it's her way or no way. less

Thought the class would be fun. After the first test realized she marks you off for constructive criticism or apposing viewpoints. She would not answer my emails for 2 weeks and I had to drop the class.

She is heavily into politics since she works as a lobbyist. Most conversations in class were about what great thing Obama did that week. She doesn't take kindly to the opposing viewpoint.

Extremely political discussions based on Democrat beliefs. I do not follow politics and found her extremely boring. The books we read had nothing to do with politics but we still talked every class.
