Very tough course on Medieval Political Thought but Dr Ryan is brilliant - you just have to pay enough attention to follow him, and eventually it all becomes crystal clear. Very charismatic, brilliant speaker, very interesting subject. And yes, he looks like Robert Downey Junior. But better.
