He can relate to students very easily. Class was fun and laid back. Half of the classes we wouldn't even have to meet in the classroom - just submit a news story by a deadline on the day we were supposed to have class. He offers a lot of assistance with writing if you need it. I would definitely …more take another class with him if it was offered. less

Adam is great. He's really understanding if you're having trouble meeting a deadline and he is always willing to help you work through it. The syllabus didn't match what we ended up doing for the course at all. Class met MW but we only had to attend M because W was a lab day for stories, finding …more ideas, etc. less

Adam is great at teaching J200. However, his media management class was awful. Don't buy the book. Project guidelines weren't clear. He saved 3/4 assignments for the last week of the semester. It's a class that makes you unnecessarily stress, because he just hands out As at the end. Frustrating for …more those that put in extra effort. less

I loved Adams class. He was super chill and always found a way to give positive and encouraging feedback on all my work. I didn't interact with him much but, I still enjoyed coming to his class everyday.

Very reasonable professor. He is very considerate and nice, you will realize he has a very busy life outside of class so we cancelled a couple of times. Takes a little while for him to get grades in since he is busy however he is a great guy and SO nice. I would take again.

Adam is great. Very kind and easy to go to when it comes to being confused about a project. The class does not have many points, but pay attention during the discussions (and try to participate) and you'll do fine. He was positive, intelligent, and really wants to see his students succeed.

Professor Wren is a really cool and fun professor. Lectures are mandatory, but it's so worth it to show up. The class gets into really interesting discussion regarding the media, and Professor Wren has hilarious comments and thought-provoking question. Assignments are not difficult and, to be …more honest, I think he gives everyone an A. less

The WORST professor I have ever had. Impossible to contact, disrespectful to students, and teaches little to nothing. I had him for the 100 level class as well and had these same problems. Be prepared to never get help from him and to get treated poorly if you catch him in the wrong. Definitely do …more not recommend this professor for any course. less

He is a nice guy and a decent professor but prepare for the possibility of more than a few class cancellations. Looking at the attendance record for this past semester, we had more classes canceled than classes. None of the other sections of this course experienced similar issues so here is to …more hoping we were just an anomaly. less

Depends on the type of student you are. I just wanted an A and to pass, and I got that. He cancels class A LOT. We barely do any assignments, we usually watch movies or discuss current events. He is a real journalist so he gives us pretty solid tips for the real world. It's super easy to pass, he …more does take attendance most classes. less
