Mrs.Musick is a great instructor. She gives instructions clearly and makes class interesting although the information is boring. Great energy in class and has a great personality if you interact with her. I definitely encourage taking class with her!

One of the best teachers Ive ever had. I took this course in Bloomington and failed it. It was one of the hardest classes ever and she made it so crystal clear and easy. Very helpful and nice. Assignments are so easy and tests are easy as well. No reason not to get an A or B+.

Mrs. Musick is amazing! I definitely recommend her for this course. She is full of energy and explains the material extremely well. She is ALWAYS willing to help, and she is very good about telling you exactly what's on the exams. There are no surprises. She makes class interesting with her …more stories. She's great! less

Mrs. Musick is a great professor. Her lectures are crucial to understanding the material and she does a great job of showing us exactly how to do what will be on the exams. She is very passionate about her work and it spreads to her students.

I completed the course (K201) with the grade of an A. Karen Musick taught me a significant amount of information about Excel and Access. My advice for anyone wanting to take this course is this: be prepared to take exams. She assigns seven exams (including the final) over the semester. It requires …more a majority of your time to study for these exams. less

Karen is a really great professor, and I would recommend her to anyone, especially those who aren't great with Excel/Access (but her class is even easier if you already are familiar with these programs). She makes things really clear and uses relevant examples. Show up to class and do the hw and …more you will get an A. less

She goes out of her way to be extremely helpful and immediately available to answer any and all questions. There is a lot of homework, but all of the K201 classes have to do the same amount of homework. You need the Computing Essentials book, but not the Excel/Access textbook.

Musick is a good professor for the type of class. You'll have to definitely practice with excel. The other quizzes are easy. Definitely a lot of assignments, but it helps your grade!

Musick really cares about all of her students and is really accommodating. You must go to class when she goes over excel/access to do the homework and pass the exams. Easy class if you put in the work.
