Great teacher, Very nice, but also strict. She seems misleading, sometimes not being able to read her. A little hard on the speech grades, but do well and you will get a solid B.

She will talk to you like a 5th grader and repeatedly tell you that you must be in class "or else". Easy class but exhausting to listen to her complain.

She is really a strict teacher. She calls out randomly, sou you kind of have to be prepared. VERY hard on the speech grades. You think you did well, and you will get a lower grade than expected. Prepare yourself for all the speeches and you can come out with a B

She's an excellent teacher. I think the grading may have been a bit strict for a first year speech class, but she really makes you work. She will really improve your public speaking skills if you listen to her advice and work hard. As long as you do your work, reading, and attend class you will be …more fine! less

She is deffinetly a hard grader as far as speeches. She grades exactly what is on the outlines. I did notice she has her favorite students. I followed the outlines religiously and never got anything lower than a 94 on the speeches. The final is a breeze. Easy A class!

I LOVED this teacher. She knows what she is talking about. She really helped my public speaking skills, but you definitely have to work for her. She expects you to get assignments in on time and is willing to help you outside of class.

She is enthusiastic and a lot of fun. She really cares about how well you do. Follow the syllabus, go to class and you'll get an A. She grades exactly according to the outline. Definitely do the Speaker's Lab for the extra credit. Participate in class and you are golden. I wasn't excited about …more taking a speech class but she made it fun. less

She takes this class VERY seriously. Unless you have a lot of time to devote to preparation, don't take her class. I have spoken to other students and the general idea is that the other profs are much easier. I will get an A, but I spent a lot of time. For a required class that is entry level, she …more takes herself waaaay too seriously. But she is nice less

Terrible professor. She will not respect your views. If your view is not that same as her's in the persuasive speech, She will give you a C. Also, she does not cut you any slack if you have a disability.

Do not take this professor at all trust me. She starts off nice, but she grades hard towards the end. She's also very strict. Please pick another teacher!
