Really knows what she is talking about but has trouble getting that through to the class. Warning: Do not ask questions, she will not like this!

I understood chemistry with some clarity in high school; however, she has made this class and it's material very difficult to understand. Would NOT recomend.

I would not recommend this professor. She does not answer questions nor does she follow with the book. Most of the test unfortunately was what she had taught and was not 100% accurate. Just beware she test on her teachings not on what the book teaches. They are the opposite.

She isn't mean to students or anything, but she's simply not that great of an instructor. She often makes material far more difficult than it needs to be. I might consider taking another class with her to see if it was simply the class, but in general I wouldn't recommend her.

She is really nice, but isn't a great instructor. I seems like she shouldn't really be teaching. Her exams are difficult and she makes things a lot harder than they should be. When told by students about the way that they would like to be taught it seemed like she stood there for a few minutes …more defending why she doesn't teach that way. less

She was a nice person, but she wasn't really the most helpful for more advanced students or for anyone who was a little above the slow pace she set.

This course is difficult but she is very approachable and is always willing to meet with you to clarify any questions. No one hardly goes to her office hours. She creates objective for each exam as the study guide, which is very detailed. She gives 4 exams and in class quizzes and group projects to …more give multiple opportunities to earn points. less

She is terrible. From the years I have been in college she's the professor who I have trouble understanding. I love chemistry but she makes me think twice about majoring in it. Exams are difficult. Lectures are boring and not helpful. If she becomes a professor for this class again, I say get out …more as fast as you can less

Avoid at all costs! She makes material way harder than I know it is. Sometimes she gets things wrong in lecture and I / others have had to correct her. Very frustrating when she doesn't know what she is doing. Isn't like she is a good teacher anyways. When asked questions, she never really answers, …more just restates her point. Find a different teacher! less

I'm not sure why so many people are giving her low ratings. I thought she made the material fairly easy to understand and was always able to answer my questions. The exams weren't too bad and there was a lot of opportunity to earn easy points in the class (clicker points, homework, quizzes, exam …more reflections...) I had no problems with her for C106. less
