If you could have a teacher worse than the one from "Ferris Bueller's..." than this is your man. Make sure to have some caffeine in your system to handle this man's dry and boring lectures- that are probably the most useless lectures to sit in on. You would be better reading the book or …more finding a more exciting teacher... less

I *completely* agree with the previous poster. This class was painful. I added the course one week into the semester. When I arrived in class for the first time - within 15 minutes - I noticed everyone had glazed over expressions. It was extremely boring. Horribly boring, boring lectures. …more You'll get nothing out of this class but a good nap. less

This professor is pretty boring. You don't really need to go to class, because he talks almost right out of the textbook. The quizzes are pretty easy and he gives you review sheets. He is also a very easy grader who leaves comments that help you improve. Though, the bad thing is, he really puts you …more to sleep. less

This is an extremely easy class. If you're interested in history, it's not bad at all. He really does teach straight out of the textbook, but he also takes attendance... so you should show up for that. He doesn't mind those who leave during class though. Easy grader too! I definitely recommend …more unless you hate the subject, can be REALLY boring. less

one of the easiest classes I ever took. I would go to class because he did take attendance, but I would get basically all my homework done for my other classes during his lecture. Unbelievably boring...people were literally sleeping on their desks.

Let me clarify book usage, for me it was high because i just read the book instead of going to his lectures. As stated earlier his is BORING, i would sit in class and watch the clock, because it was more interesting. However it is an easy A, just be sure to remember dates, he is a real date hound.

Ug! he is a stickler for dates. The blue book quizzes were easy enough thanks to the study guide and the amount of options you get 2 choose from. However, you could have written 2 good pgs and if you don't have the dates you'll be marked down heavily. Also, wanted 2 poke my eyes out - that's how …more boring he is. Absolutely Horrible! Take someone else! less

Professor Mason is very very dry, but he is extremely knowledgeable. He has certain dates memorized, and does a very good job of explaining what is expected on papers and quizzes. He is really a stickler for dates on tests, but his exams are easy if you prepare. He is also very nice!

Dr. Mason is an awesome teacher. Go to class and take notes, you're guaranteed to do well. When you take quizzes and exams, reference dates as often as possible, with as many names as possible, and you're almost guaranteed an A.
