Great guy, lectures are clear and he's easy to get along with. Attendance isn't required and his tests are very straight-forward. That being said however, the material is hard (at times very hard), as is the homework; but he makes extra credit available on every assignment. Overall, if you …more actually put in the time, you should do well. less

Great Prof. Knows his stuff. I had the Hon. component of the class with him. Unbelievably insightful lectures. Never lacking humor and ever helpful. Open-Door office hour policy. I'm gonna miss the "Shark Infested Waters" in our projectile problems. Highly Recommended.

One of the worst teacher's I have ever had. Tests had nothing to do with the practice tests he gave out. Never gave enough time to do tests either. If you have any other options for a teacher, take them. Joglekar does NOT care about his students.

Horrible teacher!!!! Poor teaching skills. Never answers any questions. Doesn't even understand the right-hand rule!!!! Never prepares you for the tests, practice exams are not even close to the actual exams. Steer clear of this professor if you want to pass this class!

Professor made the class so much harder than it needed to be. He jumped around during lecture. If a question was asked and he didn't have an answer in front of him he had no idea how to answer it. There is no such thing as partial credit on the tests. If your answers are not exactly what he has on …more his answer key you got the entire problem wrong. less

If you have any other options for a physics teacher, do it. The only way to succeed in his class is to do a massive amount of work outside of class. Don't expect to learn much of anything during lectures.

Yogesh is one of the best professors I have ever had. He has inspired me through his lectures. He understands the material very clearly and is willing to explain it to anybody with his "open door office hours".

This professor was the worst professor I have ever had. He is an unfair grader, his lectures were not applicable, and the over fifty percent of the class got a 50% or lower at the end of the semester. Do not take physics with this man.

He basically just reads the book to you. The tests are harder than the homework and usually not related to topics discussed in class.

Had him for special relativity. Has this clock project every semester. Characterize clock incrementally and that'll satisfy him. Likes discussing recent physics advancements in class. As long as you attend and put in twenty minutes outside of class weekly, you'll get an A.
