I was not feeling at all confident in this class. I went to him, told him my concern, he told me I was fine. I am going to finish the semester with a B- at very best. My GPA has been a 3.4 or above my entire life. He also said we were not expected to be philosophers, half my points missed were …more missed because of "lack in philosophical detail." less

Essay exams, which are fine but the grading is not fair at all for a 200 level course. No recognition of applying material in essay answers. Even when you think you go above and beyond the average answer, guess what? You actually didn't.

He doesn't give clear written instructions Often gets very side tracked and off topic We often start actual class material after 20-30 minutes into class Nice guy and tries to be funny My classmates and I often felt like our words were twisted to what he wanted us to say

he will spend an entire class period talking about something completely unrelated to class. He grades way too hard. I put exactly what was in my notes on a quiz and still got a C on the quiz. There is no structure to his class.
