Pretty young guy so he was a little unsure of himself and his coursework but for the most part was very reliable inside and outside of class. Gives plentiful extra credit and curves exams. Weekly online homework that is easy already that he will sometimes walk through during class, giving answers.

Even though he can come off as rude and harsh on students, he offers a lot of extra credit after exams. My class did not perform well on both of the midterms, but he offered us points back in order to boost our average. You definitely need to study in order to do well. Complete the quizzes, and go …more to class to get the notes for the lectures. less

Overall he is a terrible professor. He gave good extra credit on the exams but only because out of 100 students on his midterm, the mean grade was a 50. He does not know how to slow down and thoroughly explain each topic and when you ask questions he gets mad at you for not knowing the answer. I …more would think again before taking him. less

Chris is a new professor and hes ok. Gives extra credit on test because they are very hard. You need to study because the material is hard. He is very knowledgable but i think the test really arent made properly and dont show how much you know

Do NOT take him for this class! Averages for exams were around a 50. Even had us take a survey to find out what the problem was and then spent the entire next class ranting about how the opinions we expressed on it were wrong and it was not his fault, we were just bad students. When asked to slow …more down all he does is repeat the question and move on. less

He definitely knew what he was talking about and the class had a good grading system with lots of wiggle room to improve your grade, but sometimes he spoke as if the class was already experts on the subject. Definitely lead to a lot of confusion and made some topics hard to understand. Also, he was …more very attractive. So there are pros and cons. less

Chris is a really good professor. There is a lot of material in micro, so if you skip class or don't put forth effort, you will fall behind really quickly. Chris is a new prof and is still finding his way a bit, but overall he is very good. There are weekly homework assignments, 3 midterms (he …more drops lowest one), and a cumulative final. less

Dr. Giguere was a phenomenal professor considering the difficulty of a course like Intermediate Price Theory. Although he can lecture fast, he will go out of his way to ensure students understand the concepts. Tests are difficult, so be sure to study. Use the quizzes and the classwork as a basis of …more format for the tests. I would take Giguere again. less

Chris is one of the best professors I've had at App. I had to drop Price Theory the first time and taking it with him was completely different; he really knows the material and how to convey it so it was understandable. You can ask questions at any time and he really takes the time to explain it so …more you understand. His homeworks are great test-prep. less

Dawg looks like the L.A. Beast's mature older brother.
