Ughhhhhh. I love nutrition (it's my minor) but this class was so hard to get through. His lectures are super boring. He doesn't post slides online. He makes you do a good chunk of extra work. He's a nice enough guy, but his teaching style is not good. You can tell that he doesn't want to be in …more class either, and that's pretty rough. less

Tests are ridiculously hard. Studied for hours and still somehow got low D's on every single one. Not helpful at all. Slides are never available, and he was never willing to help with chapters to know or study guides. Nice guy, but class sucks and his expectations are way too high.

I am currently in his class and have done well on everything except the tests. His PPT slides are never available and his lectures suck. He rarely gives you enough information to study. If it wasn't for my tutor I would be failing this class big time. He expects way to much and gives you very …more little information to go off of. Do not take this class less

Horrible professor. His grading policy he makes up as he goes through the course. his lecture slides he refuses to put online and does not inform you of any due dates. He does not answer questions when asked. He is very unorganized and never grades things in a timely manner and doesn't post grades …more online on time. Do not take this professor. less

The class itself is not a difficult course, but this professor tries to make it as hard as he can. He does not inform you of due dates and doesn't post grades. His assignments require more than they need to for a 2000 level course. You will spend way too much of your time working on his …more assignments, and he will not give you the grade you worked for less

Let's start with the fact he mocks his students and is constantly being smug. Do not ask him for help or questions unless you want him to disrespect you. How do they even find guys like this? Because if all they can afford to hire are rude individuals who do not care about their students, then …more what's the point of having this major? less

Not approachable. Makes up new assignments as he goes without warning. completely disorganized. its curious as to how he got hired. Avoid at all costs. We found out he copies and pastes his powerpoints from online, so when he doesn't slow down for you to copy it down (because its not online) you …more google it, because its all there. Terrible professor. less

The department must be desperate to hire this man. He has no connection with the students and does his best to make their semester as hard as possible. His score should be in the negatives. His grading technique has no structure, and he struggles to explain why you received a low grade other than, …more "just because." Do not take. less

His tests are just a myriad of unintelligible trick questions that play on words and not the actual concepts learned. You will receive C's for the A's you deserve. He is irrefutably smug and tells stories of reverse sexism during his lectures (to a room full of women who actually deal with sexism). …more He is an embarrassment to the department. less

He doesn't know how to teach and I am not saying that to be mean at all. He gives quizzes literally right after you learn the material which gives no one time to process the information. He goes way too fast and his exams do not align well with what we learned in classs. Food Purchasing Product …more Management should not be a hard class, but it is. less
