Dr. E is a great professor with real worl knowledge of the subjects of risk management and insurance. She helps you understand the concepts by relating it to the real world, and is very willing to work with students. Highly recommended.

Took Dr. E for the capstone risk management course. Good professor, but the project (roughly 50 page paper) is a time-consuming nightmare.

Great professor. Energetic and willing to go above and beyond the class room. Hard tests, but if you go to class she will teach you well and tell you what you need to know! Take her! She's great!

Workload can be overwhelming. She is willing to go above to help you outside the classroom. She also goes above and beyond to help you get a job after graduation! She will go over what will be on the exam, but you must be in class! She also does a great job relating it to the real world. The …more benefit of this class is worthwhile! less

This class is tough, three exams is the grade, so how you do on an exam will make or break you. My recommendation is to start studying for the exam at LEAST a week out. Make sure you know ALL the material. 50 MC tests. If you can do that, then you'll be fine. She has a lot of good stories from her …more time as a risk manager that are interesting! less

I'm not sure why anyone thinks this is a hard class. I didn't take notes, and for exam time I literally make a flash card for each point on her ppts and received a 101% & 95%, without rebutting any answers when I could have. My flashcards are on studyblue if you want them. Take her, couple hrs of …more flash cards before each exam = easiest A. less

Dr. E's intro class was interesting, however she barely taught the material. Her tests are much more in-depth than the material she covers in class, and she does not review them. This class is honestly more difficult than it needs to be, and could be easier if she a) taught better and b) relied …more less on tests to grade students. less
