Meg's an awesome teacher and knows how students are. Attendance isn't a must but your journals can't be turned in late, so you can't miss those classes.

Do not take her class! She treats it as if it is a class for english majors and gives an INSANE amount of work. She is also not very nice and occasionally makes her students feel really stupid. Everyone in my class agrees that she is unfair. Her class stresses everyone out much more than it should. …more DON'T TAKE HER CLASS! less

For a sophomore English class, it was pretty intense. Don't expect her to be an easy grader on papers. The Multi-Genre project is killer, but can be interesting if you pick the topic right. Expect this class to consume a good amount of your time. Know your style guides. Don't expect an easy A. …more Don't expect her to sugar coat things either. less

A lot of work. You will use a lot of printer ink. Emphasis on learning how cite thing properly. APA style will be used. Final project decently interesting. Interesting discussions. Good teacher but she expected a lot of work from you. Something due almost every class period: reading or journal or …more paper. Get used to it. Listen to her directions. less

She is a great all around teacher. The class if going to seem like a lot for the first 2 weeks but it starts to level out and ends up being pretty easy. She grades her papers very hard, but is always available to help students. Take her if you can.

Meg is one of those teachers who assigns a ton of homework. The class isn't even for English majors! Ex:she wanted us to read 69 pages out text and then come up with 5 questions about the reading, and then answer them. Have also been a few times when she has assigned a journal when you are in the …more middle of writing a paper. Don't take her class! less

One month in and already I want to kill myself. Meg is the perfect storm of obnoxious and dense. Actually I've never seen someone that knows so little act like she knows so much. Avoid this mess like the plague.

Meg is an awesome teacher and a really cool person. She is very willing to work with students and is super helpful. The class is a lot of work, but it's not difficult and she doesn't grade harshly. She does have a strict attendance policy, but she is very entertaining so I don't mind going to class.

I really enjoyed Meg! She is a sweet lady, young, and very willing to help! very invested in her students, willing to talk to you about anything you don't understand. Also not difficult, many credit no credit assignments (journals), a couple large papers, a presentation, and a portfolio. Take Meg, …more you won't regret it! less

Meg is super helpful and Really really cares about her students! I enjoyed her personality and sense of humor as well as her great taste in movies. She's very current and up to date she would often make Miley references or something along those lines. The class was challenging at times but its a …more class that is supposed to push students. less
