EASY class! You really don't even need to show up.. just study the study guide for the tests. Offers extra credit. Lab is great because you get to eat awesome food. She isn't a boring teacher, either. She starts class 30 minutes late and a lot of the time doesn't even last the entire 50 minutes. …more Take her! less

Ms. Bryan is awesome! Class is kind of a gimme, but she makes it even easier by pretty much giving you the test questions ahead of time. You learn some information that you can actually take home and apply if you'd like. Lab with her was awesome. She's super friendly and enjoys the material.

Really sweet person. Super into nutrition. Understands that 2202 is gen ed, not your life. Gives extra credit and assignments to boost your grade. She tells you exactly what will be on the tests. Quick feedback on grades. Great prof, take her for sure.

The text book isn't ever used the supplemental text is the only thing she uses, it has all the notes. She doesn't take attendance, but has days where she takes attendance grades. Gives lots of chances for extra credit, no homework hardly. As far as projects go there is one big project spread out …more over one semester and she basically does it for you. less
