Despite some of the criticism you may have heard about Pac, he's is an incredibly knowledgeable photography teacher. Pac has had so much experience, and is always more than willing to explain things or do demonstrations. One of the best things about him, is that he is never afraid to "tell it …more like it is". Thanks for a great semester Pac... less

Although most photography students are big fans of Pac, I am not. He teaches a few different classes including B&W photog II and history of photog. His written exams are rediculous! They're poorly written and just plain difficult; And he has an incredibly defensive attitude toward students. He …more lends NO forgiveness when it comes to grades. less

He definitely knows what he's talking about and is good at explaining things, although sometimes his lectures are boring and hard to pay attention to. Work load is definitely not bad at all, I'd actually say maybe there weren't enough critiques during the semester. He says he'll take attendance, …more after about a week that stops. Easy class, nice guy. less

Pac is a great guy, had him for History of Photo. Very lecture based, he posts the power points online so as long as you keep up with them and pay attention when your in class, your golden. Hes very willing to help you if you ask.

Pac is a great guy, good teacher, and knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable about the technical dark room stuff, and his history of photographers. He works really hard to make sure that he is teaching fairly. Have some quizzes thrown in there and a test or two, then a grade on a final portfolio.

If he likes your work, you will feel pretty good about yourself. This is because he knows so much about the field. He is not afraid to hurt your feelings, but it makes you a better photographer.

Pac's delightful yet strange sense of humor will eventually grow on you as you take his classes. He is a very knowledgeable prof who will do anything he can to help students succeed. Continually checks that he is grading fairly.

Great Professor, learned a lot more about photography. He is a bit order, so make sure you get things clarified. He really enjoys what he does and really likes his students. Wish I could take another class with him.

Pictures and stories for a freshmen seminar was extremely easy and I'm glad I took it. Tests and quizzes may be hard but the overall classwork and time consumed completely compensates for it. I would highly recommend this class if you need a UCO1200. Pac is the man!
