She is very helpful in lab. A quiz every other week but she e-mails you hints and it's exactly what the quiz will be on. Very nice and understanding

She has terrible quizes that are set up for students to FAIL! (the rock IDs hinge on the previous question so if you miss one you automatically miss the rest of the questions) She one those teachers that think if your in that particular class you must want to major in it or something. She just …more needs realize that no one cares about rocks just grades less

Quizzes are somewhat hard. Sends lots of quiz hints before the test. If you actually try and study you will do fine. Gives extra credit at the end and if you attend all labs then you get your lowest grade dropped. Very nice

Okay, so she's a pretty lady, she's really nice, and she's a good teacher. But her quizzes are awful because she grades them very, very harshly. Study all you want, it's not going to help. Only take this class if you are up for a challege.
