Young, hot, and helpful. I had him several semesters ago for Drawing 1. Very approachable, and easily becomes your friend. He wants the best for you and pushes you to your potential. Work load is kinda heavy.

I had Scott for several courses and always knew I would get my time and money's worth. He works you hard, but the benefits are worth it.

Dr. Ludwig has been the prototype teacher for my college experience thus far. He teaches the material well with interesting techniques. He picks on people and himself quite frequently. Don't take yourself too seriously if you take his class, and please...bring enough toilet paper for everyone.

Good class, one that I def. feel I will get the most out of, but will hate every minute of it because he is very demanding of his students. Nice guy in general and understanding for the most part just be ready to really work.

scott is a very cool person and he can teach you a lot but he is hard as sh**. seriously-if you don't want to spend a LOT of time making and presenting prints or have a passion for the craft don't take this class.

If you want to take an art teacher that is going to push you to do your absolute best in a class, then this the man for you. His class is hard but it is in the best way possible. I have learned about about my drawing capabilities and my personal style through his assignments and teaching strategies.

Yeah, this class was really difficult for me, but i did the work. I felt really motivated to do well even though sometimes i wanted to shoot myself. I have made my best work of my life in this class, take this class to find out whether you're really up for this career!

probably one of the worst teachers i've ever had. way way way too much work. i could have turned in a few great pieces, but instead i turned in a whole lot of crappy pieces. i used to enjoy art. now, because of this class, i'm thinking of changing majors.

Excellent professor. If you consider yourself lazy, a slacker, or an overall underachiever, don’t take any of Scott’s courses. You have to work hard but you learn so much it’s worth it. (But if you cant handle working hard, you shouldn’t be an art major anyway.)
