Nixon rocks ... and so does Eisenberg. When is your Nixon book going to be on the shelves?

One of the greatest professors I had at Hofstra. Very knowledgable. She challenges the students in a good way. Read the books, otherwise she'll make you feel like a total ass in class when she randomly calls on you to get involved in discussions

NO one goes to her class because her voice gives us headaches! do not take this class with her, she will try and make everyone historical figure in american history out to be the bad guy. If you don't like america so much then leave.

Make sure you read before coming to class or you'll look like an idiot. Here's the deal: she will go around in the circle and call on people in order - take some notes and remember what was said earlier so you can give a nice response

Her classes are the kinds that could change the way you view anything. She has her own, very strong, opinions, but they are all backed up by facts and sources. She'll introduce things to you that you would never read otherwise but should!!

This course was boring and a waste of my time. We sat in a circle everyday for a discussion forum where she went around the room asking what you thought about last night's reading. She assigned six books, but we didn't even discuss half of the content.
