He only reads off of the slides, which are long and non-specific. Never engages the class with questions on content. Exams are very hard to study for because he is vague.

Only ever reads off of the slides that are displayed in front of the class, would be the same if you just read them yourself. Seems like he cares about the subject he is teaching, just doesn't really engage students as much as he could. Exams are tough, but if you go over the slides thoroughly, …more you'll do well. less

Class was not mandatory, but I still went. However, it wasn't even beneficial to go to class because he would read straight off the lengthy, vague powerpoints (word for word) and say "uh" constantly (distracting). Almost all of your points in the class are from exams - which he won't …more help/care if you are going to miss, even for excused absences. less
