Knows her stuff. Makes you work, but lets you know what she's expecting. Presents the material in an interesting way and will try to make sure you understand it, but you won't get an A unless you do the work and engage the material well. However, I loved it.

Dr. Knobel was a great professor to have as a freshmen. She's a real introduction to what college professors expect of newly independent college students. She's a tough grader and you actually do have to read, but she's always willing to help if you take initiative and ask for it! I would …more definitely recommend taking a class with her! less
