Great professor on the subject of the Spanish civil war. Very young and contemporary in teaching although he can be a bit of a stickler on writing and expectations overall from the class. Expect a lot of field trips to downtown DC to the mall and cultural events.

He is a good professor, very organized and he really knows about the subject. He always comes prepared to class and if you come prepared, read everything and do your work and you will pass the class with a good grade. HOWEVER, you will NEVER EVER get a good participation grade even if you …more participate every day all day. He expects to much from us. less

He was so helpful. Very tough class but if you put in the effort and he sees it he is phenomenal with help. He won't give it to you from a silver spoon and makes you work hard for it but that's how I learned a lot in his class. Comes across as intimidating sometimes but is extremely approachable …more about anything. Clear and supportive criticism less
