a very personable and sincere professor who is willing to spend extra time with students; exam is not a breeze but it was very fair.

Wortham rewards those who take the time to do all of her work through the semester and there is A LOT. quizzes, practice questions, etc. You will come away from her class knowing exactly what you need to know for the bar about crim law.

She is a nice, well intentioned professor, but was very hard to follow. It was like trying to follow the lecture of a manic depressive while in a manic state. She talked at 100 mph and jumped from jurisdiction to jurisdiction in a heartbeat. By the end of each sentence, you are scratching your …more head. End of semester cry was a real treat! less

Works very hard to instruct. She was sometimes akward in class, but made it up with her substantial effort.

Very passionate about the subject matter...can't complain about that. She does jump around, but if you keep with your reading, brief the cases, do the extra work, and pay attention in class, you will feel prepared for the exam - which, by the way, is very fair.

She really tries, but trying to follow her is difficlut at best, as she jumps around topics and statutes during class. Let's students divert too much attention from lecture.

She is hard to follow and jumps around a lot, she jumps from jurisdiction to jurisdiction without telling of the switch. Often times she uses incorrect terms when teaching and later in the lecture corrects herself without informing students. She does answer questions mostly as necessary and the …more exam is fair in general. less
