he's a very nice person...outside of class. it's difficult to understand what he wants you to take from the class and his exams are unbelievable. every student leaves the test thinking they could get an A or F. luck of the draw that day. Advice: avoid.

Fair grader for a difficult subject. Lectures are a bit confusing.

Clearly not interested in teaching students -- either you get it on your own or you will do badly. Class time is spent randomly touching on whatever he feels like discussing -- didn't even cover the 1st amendment.

The man is a very brilliant legal scholar. However, he is unable to bring it down to the level of a law student. His version of teaching Con Law is like teaching Calculus to first graders. On the exams, you don't even understand what he is asking you. Avoid his classes like the plague.

literally the worst prof i've ever had. he really should not have tenure. never discussed any cases, many classes cancelled and never made up. incapable of answering questions. had no clue what to expect on exam.

The worst. Avoid him if you can. I have no clue what he tried to teach us, but it wasn't anything that will be helpful to me on the bar.

Destro does not think or teach in a linear fashion. Expect to be lost for most of class. He assigns hundreds of pages of reading for class and rarely covers any of it. My passion for Constitutional Law is dead :(
