She was one of the most understanding professors I have had at Marquette. I am not Catholic, and she listened to my ideas and tried to understand them. Went to class every day, but as long as you pay attention you'll be fine. Participation is strongly encouraged, but easy to do.

Dr. Ward was a good teacher. She was always accessible and made sure we always understood the material well. Her class tended to get boring at times, but overall it was a pretty easy A. There were a couple papers, a final presentation, and a midterm and final. I wouldn't say you need to go to class …more to pass but its definitely important to go. less
